    <native>The software that is used for this reporting is called TRAM (Tracking Reporting and Metrics) and is located on a Virtual system utilizing a Linux Operating System (OS). Tableau (business intelligence platform) is also used. </native>

      <attraccr>The information gathered from this report is taken on the second day of the following month to ensure that all of the scripts used to report the information have run in TRAM (Tracking, Reporting and Metrics) and Tableau (business intelligence platform).  The information that is received from the LPDAAC (NASA) for their datasets are also reported via Tableau.  Reports and scripts have been checked / double checked to ensure that all of the information reported via Tableau is correct.</attraccr>

    <logic>The data that is provided, both by TRAM and NASA is double checked to ensure that all data and data fields are captured.</logic>
    <complete>The report is for a select period in time, normally from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.  Computer cron jobs run on the first day of the following month to ensure that all of the data is captured.</complete>

        <procdesc>1) TRAM (Tracking, Reporting and Metrics) generates an order number, captures the items ordered, date ordered, date completed, data type, units,etc.  
2) At the beginning of the following month, computer cron jobs run to compile information which then is captured by Tableau to create reports 
3)  The reports are then utilized to populate spreadsheets that are used by different projects in the Center, such as Information Management Systems.  These data are then disseminated to the appropriate project staff to populate data bases, such as the Record Management Report data base to create the reports.
